RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on January 24th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO and the Assistant CAO at the MMAA Conference in Brandon, MB April 23rd – April 29th, 2017 and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said conference will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Contract Agreements attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT these contracts will be in effect for the 2017 calendar year.

RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to renew the following memberships;

RESOLVED THAT By-law No. 01/2017, being a by-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman to provide for the participation of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman in the Manitoba Mutual Aid System, shall be introduced and read a first time this 7th day of February, 2017 A.D.

WHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has agreed to continue membership with Swan Valley Veterinary Services District Board;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the payment of the Levy in the amount of $6466.75 to Swan Valley Veterinary Services District Board for the 2017 Fiscal Year.

RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the attendance of all members of Council and the Public Works Foreman at the Tile Drainage Meeting in Dauphin, MB on Monday March 6th, 2017 and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses shall be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-laws.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the List of Accounts for Approval for the RM & Town of Minitonas Handi-Van Association for the period December 16th to the 31st, 2016, as attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the December 31st, 2016 Financial Statement as attached hereto.

RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO and Assistant CAO at the Accessibility for Manitobans Act – Regional Workshop in Swan River, MB on February 17th, 2017 and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said workshop will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:00 p.m. to meet again on February 21st, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
