New Central Cardiac Monitoring Equipment Donated

On Wednesday, Feb. 1st, 2017 members from the Bowsman Lions Club and Swan Valley Health Foundation officially presented the new Central Cardiac Monitoring System to the Swan Valley Health Centre.

This new equipment was purchased for $120,000 and will be able to remotely monitor up to eight patients at one time.

The money raised by the Bowsman Lions Club for their share was made with the proceeds of the Bowsman Bull-A-Rama Roughstock Rodeo and the 2016 “Fun”draiser Bonanza which was a joint fundraiser with the Swan River Golf & Country Club. Donations for the purchase were also made by the the Swan Valley Health Foundation, Lions Foundation of Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario, and John Boychuk.
