Over 150 people attended the elegant evening that celebrated the benefit the CFSV provides to the Swan Valley. The event helps raise awareness and funds to support the work done by the CFSV. With over $2 million in endowment funds and $75,000 to be granted in 2016, the foundation is on track to its goal of granting $100,000 per year to community projects by 2021.
As the crowd mingled to the musical stylings of Martyn Snell, the Swan Valley Band Booster Club did a fantastic job of serving a tasty selection of appetizers prepared by Julie Nahnybida. The guests savored each delicious course, served attentively by the students.
The gala sparkled as the hall was filled with lively conversations, stunning decorations, fantastic food, superb service and delightful entertainment.
The evening featured a spectacular selection of cultural performances and emcee, Travis Stewart of FoxFM, did a wonderful job of introducing each of the talented entertainers and keeping the evening moving smoothly.

The CFSV thanks everyone who showed their support by attending the Cultural Gala as well as those who have donated to the foundation over the years. Each donation makes more money available to fund local projects in future years, ensuring the Swan Valley will continue to be a strong and resilient place to live, work and play.
