Want to have a good time?
Want to socialize with friendly people?
Want to enjoy the physical benefits of low impact exercise?
Want to sway and tap your foot to musical rhythms?
Want to keep your mind alert and always learning?
If your answer is yes to any of the previous questions, then you should try square dancing. The Swan Valley Hoedowners are resuming their dancing season on October 5 and 12 at the Senior Centre in Swan River.
These two dances are free for new dancers. Dancing begins a 7 p.m sharp followed at 9:30 by a light lunch and refreshments. All are welcome; singles or couples. You need no previous experience as you will learn all the basics from the beginning. Dress coolly and and comfortably and wear comfortable shoes.
