Community Futures Parkland is now accepting applications for 2016 Community Projects Grants.

The application deadline is March 31, 2016


Program Objective
The 2016 Community Projects Grant is a competitive program intended to support ideas that fall under the categories of:
– Tourism
– Events
– Education (e.g. entrepreneurship, financial literacy)
– After School Programs (preferably linked with entrepreneurship, financial literacy)

Eligible applicants include:
– Community Service Groups,
– Conservation Committees, Municipalities
– Economic Development Boards,
– Friendship Centers,
– Non-profit Community Development Groups,
– Schools, and
– Tourism Groups.

Eligible applicants are limited to the Parkland area.

This year will mark Community Futures’ 16th year of commitment to the Parkland region. During that time, $157,588.60 has been granted from CF Parkland to 75 regional and community initiatives throughout the region.

Community Futures Parkland believes in the power of communities and the individuals who live in them. We recognize that Parkland region holds vibrant communities with new ideas and proactive thinkers.
