Benito United Church did not disappoint the 440 plus supporters who came to enjoy a tasty meal of roast turkey, ham, and all the trimmings on Sunday, October 25, 2015.

Volunteers gathered at the Rec. Centre kitchen before 10 a.m. to begin washing, peeling and chopping vegetables to be ready for the 4:30 supper start time. The work continued with cooking, mashing, serving, and cleaning up until shortly after 7 p.m. Big thanks to Marlene Kostiuk for organizing and overseeing the kitchen.

Thank you to everyone who came for supper, to those who donated food, and to all the workers. It takes the cooperation of the whole community, working together in an effort to keep our small church going.
