WHEREAS the relief operator has an extensive background in the construction industry and the municipality requires a person to assist with municipal projects;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby agree to extend the existing employment agreement with Kevin Genoway to include said assistance as determined by the Transportation Committee, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a rate of $28.00 per hour shall be paid to Mr. Genoway while assisting with said municipal projects.
