Hillsview Pastoral Charge

On May 22, 2015 concert band, Country Blend entertained a crowd of over 100 people with, what they describe as “a tribute to the legends of country music.”

Songs made famous by Rita McNeil, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Dolly Parton and many more were sung in two and three-part harmony and accompanied by an entertaining and gifted pianist and drummer.

The group is based out of southern Manitoba and are making a tour of central and central and northern Manitoba after this concert at the Swan Valley Museum, sponsored b the Hillsview Pastoral Charge of the United Church of Canada. The group now move on to performances in Carrot River and Snow Lake.
