Deputy Mayor Scouten called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

RESOLVED that By-Law #04/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to authorize the borrowing and expenditure of funds for the replacement of sewer line infrastructure on First Street W. as a Local Improvement be read a second time.
