Swan River RCMP investigated a residential break & enter, that resulted in the theft of a number of items from a home, including several Christmas presents. The theft occurred sometime over the night of December 20/21, 2014 on the 200 block of 1st Avenue South, Swan River, MB.

Subsequent investigation has resulted in the recovery of many of the stolen items, as well as the arrest of two Swan River residents.

Loni Allison Genaille (31 year old, female) has been charged with Break & Enter, Fail to comply with a Probation Order, and Possession of Stolen Property. Genaille was remanded into custody over the weekend, and was released today, on a Recognizance by a Provincial Court Judge.

A 55 year old male accomplice has been arrested and released on a Promise to Appear & an Undertaking with conditions. Charges are pending.
