A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday September 23, 2014 in the Village Council Chambers.

Absent: Mayor Meadows

Deputy Mayor Scouten called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on September 9, 2014 be adopted as presented.

RESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular Meeting held on September 23, 2014 be adopted as presented.

RESOLVED that By-Law #03/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to provide for the expenditure and borrowing of funds for the replacement of sewer line infrastructure on First Street E. be read a second time.

BE IT RESOLVED that the September Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.

RESOLVED that the Financial Statement and the Bank Reconciliation to August 31, 2014 be accepted as presented.

RESOLVED that the Village of Benito authorize the payment of $918.75 as final payment for completion of the Water Rate Study, to Way To Go Consulting.

7. SCHNEIDER

RESOLVED that the August/September Animal Control Report be accepted as presented by the Animal Control Officer.

8. ZEBINSKI
OFFENBERGER
RESOLVED that members of council and the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to attend the G-7 Meeting in Bowsman on Monday October 6, 2014.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that mileage and expenses be authorized for payment.

WHEREAS the August employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
BE IT RESOLVED that the overtime hours recorded be accepted as presented and be approved for payment as attached hereto.

RESOLVED that The Village Office be closed on Monday September 29, 2014.
Carried.
