RESOLVED that payment be made to the North West Regional Library in the amount of $46,744.00 as per the 2014 Financial Plan.

WHEREAS the Rural Municipality of Swan River is encountering severe overland flooding and washing out of roads and culverts due to severe winter weather conditions;
AND WHEREAS restoring and replacing said roads and culverts will cause great financial hardship for the ratepayers and the municipality;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Rural Municipality of Swan River apply to Manitoba Emergency Measures to provide Disaster Financial Assistance for the public and private sector.
