On Saturday April 12, 2014 the Special Olympics Manitoba Parkland Region bowling teams held their Parkland Regional 5 Pin Bowling Tournament at Up Your Alley in Swan River.

Two sessions were held, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Winners of the morning session were Jamie Brass 1st and Graeme Sloane taking 2nd with 186 and 110 pins over average.

Jeremy Stephens took 1st place with 140 pins over average and John Schabert 2nd with 97 pins over average in the afternoon session.




The bowlers all had a good time trying to beat their best scores and cheering on their teammates.

The bowlers will now be practicing hard for the next 5 Pin Bowling Tournament in Winnipeg on May 10th.
