A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday March 25, 2014 in the Village Council Chambers.

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on March 11, 2014 be adopted as presented
Carried.

RESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular meeting held on March 25, 2014 be adopted as presented
Carried.

BE IT RESOLVED that the March Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Carried.

WHEREAS the February employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
BE IT RESOLVED that the overtime hours recorded be accepted as presented and be approved for payment as attached hereto. Carried.

5. SCOUTEN

RESOLVED that the Village of Benito approve the purchase of office equipment as per Schedule “A” attached hereto.
Carried.

RESOLVED that we do adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 9:00 pm.
