On Saturday, January 18, 2014 the Swan Valley Stampeders Novice Black team held a fundraising bottle drive.

The kids, who are 7-9 yrs old were raising money to pay for their team jackets.

It was pretty cold but we had a great time & raised 1/2 the money we needed for team jackets for the kids that participated in the bottle drive.

We would like to thank all the families that put their empties out for our kids to pick up, Gardewine North for letting us use their trailer & Pam at the Nelson hotel for fixing up all our bottles. The kids enjoyed themselves & felt pretty proud of how much they raised.

Thanks again to all who help our kids.
