On November 29, 2013 the Bowsman School BAM fiddle program had guest instructor Donna Turk from Calgary, AB instruct workshops in the afternoon.

Pictured above is first year fiddler, Damien Stevens getting some help with his bow hold.

The advanced group got instruction on beginning vibrato and learned the tune “Danny Boy”

Donna Turk also performed that evening at a coffee house/fundraiser at the Bowsman Legion Hall hosted by the Burghart family.

Marcel Hapel also joined her to end the evening with some amazing music.

Local back up band members pictured here, Allan Rowe, George Woodley, Freddie Boucher & Les Rosteski also lent their talents to the night.

It was a great evening and the community pulled together to show their support for the BAM Jam Camp.
