Franchise owners Lance Jacobson and Coralie Gaudet-Jacobson held the grand opening of The Brick in Swan River on Friday, September 20, 2013.

Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, eager customers got their first look inside the new store.

Inside, the showroom features a bedroom suite and mattress gallery, livingroom and diningroom furniture, appliances and electronics.
The Brick will also carry Shaw Direct satellite systems.

“We also encourage people to use the website because we do have a lot more product than we can showcase in a 6,000 square foot store,” said Kirk Marleau, Senior VP – Franchise Division, adding, “The best thing is to come into the store to order it – Lance may know of a sale coming up.”

Of his new partnership with The Brick, Jacobson stated, “I am proud to be part of a group that brings to our customers, city prices for the products they need without leaving our community.”

Customers will continue to be able to access the Rogers outlet at its existing location within the store.

“The Brick feels that it is a nice complement to the business and I think the two will work out well together.” added Jacobson.

Regular shopping hours will be
9am – 6pm Monday through Saturday

Based on initial inquiries, Jacobson anticipates that the new store will draw in a lot of shoppers from outside of the Swan Valley as well.
