The Grand Prize Winner of the Health Sciences Foundation Home Lottery was announced Thursday, June 13, 2013.

The $1.4 Million show home in Winnipeg’s Tuxedo neighborhood, along with $50,000 in cash was won by Irwin Steen of Kenville, MB.

The 4 bedroom bungalow features nearly 5,000 square feet of living space, two-level courtyard with outdoor living space, fireplace and kitchen. The home is to be awarded fully furnished, professionally decorated and landscaped.
