RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the last regular meeting of council held on January 16, 2013 and special meeting held February 13, 2013 be adopted as presented.

WHEREAS the Bowsman Council has received a letter of intent to retire as attached hereto;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village of Bowsman Council does hereby accept the said notice of retirement effective March 31, 2013.

RESOLVED THAT the Village of Bowsman contribute to Swan Valley Chamber of Commerce for 2013 at the rate of $1 .00 per capita for a total of $298 to go towards hiring Summer Staff at the Tourist Information Centre and the Thompson Trade Show.
