RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of council held November 21, 2012 and special meeting held November 28, 2012 be adopted as presented.

RESOLVED THAT all members of Council and the CAO be authorized to attend the G7 meeting February 4, 2013 hosted by the RM of Minitonas.

RESOLVED THAT the Village of Bowsman adopt the “Code of Conduct for Council Members Policy” as attached hereto as Schedule “A” as required under section 84.1 of the Municipal Act.

RESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, Council go into Committee and close the meeting to the public.
