On December 19, 2012 police received a report of a single vehicle rollover about 15 miles south of Benito, MB. A 2006 Dodge Ram Truck rolled over near a hill.

Through investigation, it appears that the driver, a 60 year old female from the RM of Swan River, lost control of her vehicle as she was ascending a hill on PTH 83. The vehicle rolled over once, and came to rest on the left side. Police attended the scene. Roblin Ambulance service attended. Minor injury. Driver was released at the scene.

Charge(s) are note currently being contemplated. Speed nor alcohol are being considered as factors. Winter road conditions may have been a factor.

Investigation continues.
