Interactive displays allow kids to dig potatoes, gather eggs, pick apples, milk a cow and operate farm equipment.

Through pretend play, having fun provides the opportunity to learn more about where our food comes from.

With more specialized farming operations, there are not as many places that people can see a variety of different farm animals. There are a lot of animals on display Down on the Farm and the petting zoo component allows kids to have a hands on experience with many them.

There were plenty of other farm themed activities to see and participate in including a barn and “riding stable”, coloring station, excavator and bee hive.
