It was a beautiful sunny afternoon for a bar-b-que!

Celebrating Phatboys’ Anniversary and benefiting the French Immersion students’ future French Cultural Trip, the bar-b-que was a success.

Donations from KFC, Extra Foods, and TD Canada Trust helped increase the profits. Salad, a drink and a delicious burger sold for $5. Yummy rice krispy or puffed wheat cake for $1. Some ESRSS students had burgers delivered to them at school. None of it would have been possible without the generosity of Phatboys and the parents of the students. The Kinsmen club donated the use of their bar-b-que grill – thanks! A 50/50 draw was won by Luella Lausman – congratulations!!!
