Swan River RCMP Investigate Robbery

RCMP Media Release | On April 10, 2012, at about 7:30 p.m. the Swan River RCMP responded to a complaint of a Robbery that had just occurred on 4th Avenue south, near Main Street, in Swan River Manitoba.

Investigation indicated that an adult male had been assaulted by two unidentified males who then made off with personal property belonging to the victim. The suspects were last seen running west, across the street, and across the rail road tracks.

The first suspect is described as male, early 20’s with a stocky build, about 6′ tall and wearing a grey sweater.

The second suspect is a male, possibly in his 20’s with a slender build, about 5′ 10″ tall. He was wearing a red sweater and a black & red ball cap.

The victim received minor injuries, but did not require medical treatment.

No further information is available at this time. Police continue to investigate.
