RESOLVED that Council accept the letters of absence from the Regular Meeting of Council on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, received from Councillors Earl Hrappstead and Terry Neely.

RESOLVED that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Swan River accept the budget request from the Swan Valley Health Facilities Foundation for Physician Recruitment and Retention as follows:
Physician Recruitment/Retention (.25 mills) $28,652.89
5 year Supplemental Amount (.15 mills) $17,191.73
TOTAL – $45,844.62
AND FURTHER BE IS RESOLVED that these amounts be approved and added to the 2012 Financial Plan.
