RCMP Media Release | On July 29, 2011 shortly before 2:30 am, Winnipegosis RCMP were dispatched to a shooting incident outside a residence on Pine Creek First Nation.

The victim, a 29-year-old male of Pine Cree First Nation, was shot and transported by EMS to Hospital and subsequently airlifted to a Winnipeg Hospital. He is presently reported to be in stable condition.

A 16-year-old male is being sought in connection with this matter.

The investigation continues with the assistance of the RCMP Major Crimes Units from Dauphin and Winnipeg.
