Follow the Yellow Fish Road

ValleyBiz Story | Students from Taylor School, Heyes School and Ecole Swan River South teamed up on Monday, June 20 to paint Yellow Fish next to storm drains in Swan River.

The Yellow Fish serve as a reminder to local residents that storm drains connect directly to local waterways and that anything other than clean rainwater is harmful to fish and other aquatic life.

The Yellow Fish Road initiative is part of a nation-wide environmental education program designed and managed by Trout Unlimited Canada More information on on the Yellow Fish Road program is available here.
