A Regular Meeting of Council of The Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday May 24, 2011 in the Village Council Chambers.

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm

Delegation: Maintenance Report

RESOLVED that the minutes of the last Regular Meeting of Council held on May 10, 2011 and the special meeting held on May 13, 2011 be accepted as presented.
Carried.

2. SCOUTEN
    ZEBINSKI
RESOLVED that the agenda for the meeting held on May 24, 2011 be adopted as presented.
Carried.

RESOLVED that the following Building/Development Permit be accepted as presented:
1. BP #01-11 ~ Renovations 102 Main Street
2. DP/BP #02-11 ~ Utility Shed 169 3rd Avenue

RESOLVED that the Village of Benito authorize payment of First Aid & CPR recertification for Benito Fire Department personnel in the amount of $560.00.

RESOLVED that members of Council and the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to attend the G-7 Meeting in Swan River on Monday June 6, 2011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that mileage and expenses be authorized for payment.

    SCOUTEN
RESOLVED that members of Council and the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to attend the Association of Manitoba Municipalities June District Meeting in Pine River on Monday June 13, 2011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that registration and expenses be authorized for payment.

RESOLVED that Bill Woytkiw be authorized to attend the Safety Training Workshop in Swan River, MB on Tuesday June 21, 2011 and that expenses be authorized for payment.
