RCMP Media Release | On May 11th, 2011 Swan River RCMP laid four charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Charged are Donna Evelyn FLEURY (47 years) of Swan River (2 charges, re: Cannabis & Oxycodone) and Wesley Randall FLEURY (50 years) of Swan River (2 charges, re: Cannabis & Oxycodone).

The charges are the result of a police investigation leading to the subsequent execution of a Search Warrant in Swan River, Manitoba on March 9th, 2011. Search of residence was conducted. Located and seized were 19 grams of marihuana stems, an assortment of marihuana roaches, 100 tablets of oxycodone, several empty bottles of morphine sulfate, and numerous drug paraphernalia.

Both accused are scheduled to appear in Swan River Provincial Court for May 18th, 2011.
