Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Wednesday, April 12th, 2024 at the Rural Municipality of Mountain Council Chambers in Birch River, MB.

CAO Paige Wozny was present and acted as secretary.
Finance Officer Kim Paterson was also present.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Reeve Keith Behrmann, quorum being present.

Deletion of the 1985 GMC Mafeking Fire Truck;
AND THAT the CAO be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.

WHEREAS an invoice for the completion of Property Cleanup Order Number 2023-10 was issued to the land owner on December 7th, 2023 and to date there has been no payment received;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby apply to the Provincial Small Claims Court for payment of Invoice No. 20230088 in the amount of $8,651.70 plus accrued interest to date;
AND THAT the CAO be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby amend Resolution Number 2024/117 to the dates that were included within the original RFQ for 2024 Contract Mowing;
