Set Public Hearing Date for NE 34-35-28

WHEREAS the owners of NE 34-35-28,have made an application to allow a variation to their property under the
zoning act to allow non farm subdivision over 10 acres;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Public Hearing shall be held on April 25th, 2023 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of
receiving presentations from those who may be interested in regards to the request for a Variation Order within
the AG-Zone on the property known as DESC NE 34-35-28W. Specifically to permit a non farm property with a
size of more than ten acres; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all necessary advertising, mailing and posting of the notice for said hearing shall
be made in accordance with The Planning Act.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West support the registration of a caveat against the
certificate of title giving notice of lease agreement on the lands known as the Swan Valley Municipal Airport as
described per schedule A lease agreement between the Lessors (Town of Swan River and the Municipality of
Swan Valley West), and the lessee (Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, Rural Municipality of Mountain, Town
of Swan River and the Municipality of Swan Valley West).
