This year’s giving challenge took place November 14-20, 2022. During this time, all donations gifted to the Community Foundation were boosted by the Winnipeg Foundation and Manitoba Government (to a maximum of $2,000 each) stretching each donation made to the foundation. Thanks to the strong community support the Community Foundation of Swan Valley received $23,997.82 in donations during Endow Manitoba Giving Week, which will earn the foundation an extra $4,000 from the Winnipeg Foundation and Manitoba Government.

The Endow Manitoba Giving Challenge is always a great opportunity to support the Community Foundation of Swan Valley. These generous donations help grow the Community Foundation of Swan Valley’s capacity to support a wide range of charitable projects in the Swan Valley for generations to come.

All donations to the CFSV are pooled and permanently invested. Gifts are never spent, and the money will always stay in the community. Every year, these investments generate money that is distributed to support local charitable needs. The CFSV provides support that lasts forever.
