Pfizer / Moderna / Bivalent

1st Dose Eligibility:
Moderna: Age 6 months & up | Pfizer: age 5 & up

2nd Dose Eligibility:
Age 6 months & up – 8 weeks after 1st dose.
Minimum of 21 days for children living in First Nations communities.

1st Booster (3rd Dose) Eligibility:
Age 5 & up – 6 months after 2nd dose.

2nd Booster (4th Dose) Eligibility:
Age 18 & up – 6 months after 1st booster.

Bivalent COVID Booster Eligibility: Age 18 & up.
Recommended to wait 6 months from last dose or COVID infection.
However individuals at increased risk can get the bivalent 3 months after last dose or COVID infection.

Individuals must complete their primary vaccine series (usually two doses) before receiving the bivalent vaccine. The bivalent vaccine can be given at the same time as other immunizations.
