WHEREAS the provincially approved investigator has completed a review of Complaint # 8 and based on the facts provided, finds the identified behaviour and actions of the respondent contravenes the Code of Conduct for Council Members ByLaw No.0083-20 Sec 6.2, 7.7 and Council concurs with the decision;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West impose a suspension against Councillor Bill Gade for 90 days and that Bill Gade’s compensation be suspended for the same 90 days. These Suspensions are set to commence immediately and will be served in succession with any other suspensions.

WHEREAS the owners of PT. SW ¼ SEC. 12-35-28 WPM have made an application to subdivide their property, and;
WHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the Conditional Approval letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated March 21first, 2022 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the Minor Subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions and requirements set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.
