Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Thursday, April 14th, 2022 via zoom.

CAO Paige Wozny was present and acted as secretary.

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Reeve Robert Hanson, quorum being present.

AND FURTHER IT BE RESOLVED THAT the direct payment amount of $6,959.24 for Receiver General for March 2022 be hereby approved.

WHEREAS the Employee Handbook has outlined a change in the Municipal Office schedule beginning July 1st, 2022 and any permanent employee schedule adjustments contrary to the handbook are to be approved by Resolution of Council;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve the adjusted CAO schedule as per Schedule ‘A’ attached hereto.

AND THAT the transfer be subject to the following conditions:
The RM of Mountain is under no obligation to provide access to such parcels, now or upon future request;
