Swan Valley Coop
COVID-19 Update |

To our Members, Owners, and Customers of Swan Valley Co-op:

We have learned that an employee working at our Food Store has been confirmed to have COVID-19.

To protect our community, we have taken the following actions:

We’ve reviewed the employee’s work schedule and have asked other employees that have had contact to self-monitor.
We have contacted Manitoba Public Health and will comply with any directions they provide.

We have been closely following the guidelines for cleaning and sanitization that were implemented in response to the pandemic. We have maintained very rigorous cleaning protocols and are confident that all necessary precautions were taken. We will continue maintaining high standards of cleaning at all of our Swan Valley Co-op locations.

We appreciate the work being done by all our employees in serving the community and we’re working to support them as we make our way through this pandemic together. That’s why when any of our employees are feeling unwell or showing symptoms, they are directed to self-isolate at home and seek testing. We will continue to inform our members and customers of any positive cases by updating the tracker below.

We understand the impacts of COVID-19, which is why we want to be transparent and disclose broad details about the confirmed cases when ensuring confidentiality of our team.

Swan Valley Co-op sends our best wishes to the employee and we hope for a speedy recovery.
