RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the following Council Minutes shall be adopted as circulated:

3. S. Walmsley – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT Councillor L. Hutman shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

4. L. Hutman – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 8456 – 8559 inclusive, amounting to $199,931.63.
Carried.

5. S. Walmsley – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending September 30, 2020 shall be approved as presented.

6. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
WHEREAS one appeal application was received for the 2021 Board of Revision;
AND WHEREAS an agreement has been reached between the Assessment Office and the appellant;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Revision is hereby cancelled.

7. L. Hutman – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

8. C. Densen – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of September 2020 be accepted as submitted.

9. G. Bartel – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT all members of Council as well as the CAO shall be authorized to attend the G4 meeting hosted by the RM of Mountain on November 2, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said meeting will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

RESOLVED THAT the CAO by hereby authorized to sign the Manitoba Public Safety Communication Services Participation Release and Indemnity Letter.
Carried.

11. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT By-law No. 06-2020, being a By-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman to establish a Code of Conduct for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman and committees thereof, shall be introduced and read a first time this 20th day of October, 2020 A.D.

12. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT By-law No. 06-2020, being a By-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman to establish a Code of Conduct for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman and committees thereof, shall be read a second time this 20th day of October, 2020 A.D.

RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a grant in the amount of $1,000.00 to the Association of Community Living.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 9:30 p.m. to meet again on November 3, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
