The Council of the Town of Swan River met on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the Town Council Chambers with Mayor Jacobson presiding and Councillors Delaurier, Friesen, Moriaux, Wintoniw, Gray and Whyte present.
