WHEREAS due to the AMM Convention falling on the November 26th, 2019, Regular Meeting of Council;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the November 26th meeting shall be moved to December 3rd, 2019 and the December 10th meeting shall be moved to December 17th, 2019;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the December 24th, 2019 meeting shall be cancelled. Carried:

WHEREAS under section 148(2) c of the Municipal Act, councils are given the authority to appoint members to committees, and;
WHEREAS the Municipality’s Organizational By-Law No. 0057-17 gives council the authority to establish committees and appoint members to those committees, and;
WHEREAS By-Law No. 0057-17 also states in section 4.10;
-An appointment to any committee of council may be repealed by resolution of council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West hereby removes Councillor Bill Gade from any, and all, committee appointments assigned to him for the municipality.

I, Councillor Tyler Kushniryk do hereby give written notice that I will, at the next regular meeting of council, introduce a motion to reconsider Resolution No. 6, dated September 10th, 2019 regarding Attendance of Council Members to the AMM Convention.
