Minutes of the special budget meeting of the Rural Municipality of Mountian held Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 in the R.M. of Mountian Council Chambers in Birch River, Manitoba

Councillors: Stephen Nadolney, Nestor Rizok, Connie Forbes, Arnie Pedersen and Brad Wyatt. Councillor Malcolm was absent.

CAO Paige Larocque was present and acted as secretary.
Finance Officer Kim Paterson was also present.

The meeting was called to order at 10:03 by Reeve Robert Hanson, quorum being present.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby pay for said expenditures from the Birch River Utility Reserve Fund in the amount of $18,642.34.
