The Council of the Town of Swan River met on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the Town Council Chambers with Mayor Jacobson presiding and Councillors Wintoniw, Delaurier, Whyte, Moriaux, and Gray present. Councillor Friesen was absent.

– Large increase of mixed material fees.
– Increasing costs of transportation of finished products,and
WHEREAS the Town of Swan River’ss portion of total recycling collected and processed equals 81.6%, therefore be it
