RESOLVED that By-Law No. 0074-18, being a by-law of the Municipality of Swan Valley West for the purpose of amending By-Law NO. 0070-18 of the former RM of Swan River allowing for the Prevention and Control of Fires within the Municipality, shall be read a second time this 28th day of August , 2018.

RESOLVED that the Council agrees to allow the Benito residents to have their 2018 tax statement balances not subject to any interest charges until after December 31, 2018.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Members of Council have agreed any balances remaining outstanding for the 2018 tax statements after December 31, 2018 will be subject to interest charges.
