Submitted by Debbie Soloway: The Pine River LUD Committee held their fifth Annual Summer Start Sale (Town Wide Yard Sale) on Saturday June 16, 2018 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. This year there were seven exhibitors. The town was busy with everyone looking for that special bargain. There were treasures for all ages and something for everyone, items for antique collectors, carpenters, sport enthusiasts, farmers; garden, kitchen and household items and much more.

The United Church offered coffee and goodies for the sweet tooth.

Thanks to all the people for visiting our community, there were people from Ontario, Saskatchewan, The Pas to the north and guests from many other parts of Manitoba. Enjoy your summer of yard sales and see you again next year.
