Guests heaped their plates with Hors d’oeuvres, fried walleye along with many other sides and salads.

Following their fill, guests were invited to play multiple games including plinko, guess the weight of the carp, minnow races, and a casting contest. There were multiple exhibits including the SVSFE projects table, Swan Lake Watershed Conservation District, Valley Bearing and Auto displays and The Bug Chucker Cup Fly Fishing Tournament.

Other recreational vehicle exhibits were displayed by River Valley Sports, Rough Country Sports, Northern Rentals, and Fire & Ice. Guests also had the opportunity to part-take in multiple raffles and auctions including a Chinese auction, ladies table, silent auction, and live auction.

Following the auctions it was time to pull the winning ticket for the annual Boat Raffle. SVSFE is proud the announce Stan Guimont of Kenville, who is the proud new owner of a brand new 14ft Lund and 25HP 4-stroke mercury. Good vibes and good people was the theme of the night as it always is. With proceeds from this annual fundraiser, SVSFE intends to spend on local fisheries related projects for utilization of the angling community. We look forward to 2018, and thank all of the attendants, supporters, and volunteers from SVSFE’s 31st Annual Banquet.
