The Tigers had back to back games in the tournament, playing against Dauphin immediately after the Major Pratt game. This was an important game for the Tigers as Dauphin is the rival for the Zone Basketball Championship.

The lead in the game went back and forth for most of the first two quarters until the Tigers were able to pressure Dauphin into turnovers and staked a lead of 11 points at the half. The Tigers increased their lead to 15 points by the end of the third quarter which they used to control the pace of the game. The final score of the game was 47-29 in favour of the Tigers. Leading scorers for the game were Sabrina Kopecky with 11 points; Lauren Klatt and Brenna Schure with 8 points each. Decorbea Fleury and Sydney Fleming were the defensive players of the game with key steals and interceptions.

The Tigers played the host team, Gilbert Plains in the finals. The two teams traded the lead back and forth in the first quarter until the Tigers were able to solve GP’s zone defence with quick passing, providing openings for the forwards and isolating the posts. The Tigers won the game with a final score of 49-23.

Decorbea Fleury was the leading scorer with 14 points, including a three pointer, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Brenna Schure added 11 points and pulled in 3 rebounds. Defensive players were Seanna Stinson with 7 rebounds and 4 points, and Ireland Staples with 4 rebounds, 2 blocked shots and 4 points.
