We would like to thank the Swan River community for helping so much to make our Crafty Flea Market a big success. The event was held in the Taylor School Gym on Saturday, December 10th, from 12 noon until 4pm.

So many volunteers made the Flea Market a big success.

We had 24 vendors with a wonderful assortment of crafts, home based businesses, baking and fine art. There was something special there for everyone. We also had a large Flea Market in the gym at the same time, and so many people donated for our new playground at Taylor School.

People came in from the cold, browsed, found a chair and got comfortable with hot chocolate and popcorn or a chili meal. The choir sang, the fiddlers played, and there were some tuneful offerings by the Burghart family and Glenn Roberts.

Thanks again for the support of our school community!
