The day began with an early morning session where fiddling students performed for adjudication.

This year the festival committee welcomed Ameena Bajer-Koulack from Winnipeg as their enthusiastic adjudicator.

Here are some of the performers who presented some great fiddle music. These fiddlers were accompanied by fiddle instructor Marcel Hapel.

Small groups and ensembles also performed including the Janzen family of Minitonas.

After the morning and afternoon adjudicated sessions ended, the day concluded with two sessions in the evening. The first session was a skills session where Ameena Bajer-Koulack and Marcel Hapel taught useful fiddle skills and new songs to the groups of fiddlers who attended.

The day concluded with a great hour of circle-jamming with all the enthusiastic players!
