Swan River RCMP Report |
On July 5, 2014, at about 1:30 pm, Swan River RCMP and Prairie Mountain EMS responded to a report of an accidental drowning at the Steep Rock River swimming area, near Shoal River I.R. / Sapotaweyak Cree Nation.
A 32 year old male from Shoal River I. R. / Sapotaweyak Cree Nation was unresponsive and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Swan River RCMP Investigation continues, in concert with the Office of the Medical Examiner.
