Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement held their annual banquet on Saturday, May 3, 2014 featuring all you can eat walleye, roast pig and a variety of hors d’oeuvres.

The banquet and its associated draws and raffles is the organization’s only fundraiser with money raised going toward programs such as dock construction, fisheries research, and the kids fish camp. Funds are used in conjunction with funding from the Fisheries Enhancement Fund which provides funding for fisheries related programs.

It takes many hands to feed 600 hungry people such a feast. Preparation starts days in advance and many volunteers participate the day of the event.
