On Monday, July 22, 2013 the Swan River Ladies Golf Club hosted their annual Garden Walk. The Garden Walk is a pleasant and intriguing self-guided tour through some of the prettiest gardens in Swan River.

Each garden offered a unique experience, from manicured blooms and formal designs to rustic beauty and eclectic charm.

There were many elements to explore and discover including tranquil water features and whimsical accents.

This is the third garden walk for Autumn, age 9. It is her second year capturing pictures of the beauty in the gardens seen through her eyes.

This year the Town of Swan River has become a participant in the Communities in Bloom program, a non-profit organization committed to fostering civic pride, environmental responsibility and beautification through community participation. The Town initiated an “Adopt a Flower Bed” project in the Legion Park and at the entrance to the Rotary Walkway.
